Autonomous Sniffer Robot



In this project we will use a mobile robot (Clearpath Jackal) to find one or multiple sources of a signal of interest in an environment. The signals can be of chemical (smoke, contaminants, scent) or electromagnetic nature. The projet involves designing an appropriate sensor and proposing an algorithm for finding the srouce that comes with performance gurantees. Solid background in coding, electrical engineering, and mathematics is assumed.
