Solar Thermal Group

The ANU Solar Thermal Group (STG) conducts research and education in the broad area of solar thermal energy conversion and related basic and applied disciplines. The main applied research themes are concentrating solar technologies for power generation and production of fuels and commodity materials, solar heating and cooling, and system integration. The basic research spans across optics, photonics, radiative transfer, thermal sciences, chemistry, and materials science.
